Dish N' GO™ LLC (“Dish N' GO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://dishngo.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA).

Send appointment reminders and job-completion confirmations.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure — specifically AWS Amplify, hosted in the United States. AWS holds ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certifications. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. Your card details are tokenized by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers required to deliver your booking:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Cal.com — appointment scheduling. Governed by Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, reminders).
Google Analytics — anonymous website usage analytics. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our customers, employees, or the public.
