These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://dishngo.com and any services provided by Dish N' GO™ LLC (“Dish N' GO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dish N' GO provides professional satellite dish removal, bracket removal, hole sealing, and certified e-waste recycling services in the South Bay and surrounding areas of Los Angeles County and Orange County, California. Services are subject to availability and access conditions at the job site.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling. Your appointment slot is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • All prices are flat-rate and published on our website. The price quoted at checkout is the price you pay — no on-site up-charges.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details after payment.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full refund: Cancel any time before your scheduled appointment for any reason — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Same-day cancellations: If you cancel on the day of your appointment after the technician has been dispatched, a partial service fee may apply.
  • Weather and safety: If we determine conditions are unsafe for our technician (severe weather, unstable structure, restricted access), we will reschedule at no charge.

4. Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property on the day of service. If our technician arrives and cannot access the dish due to conditions within your control (locked gate, no-show, tenant refusal), a return trip fee may apply.

Dish N' GO technicians will not perform work on structures that appear unsafe or in violation of applicable safety standards. In such cases, you will not be charged and we will work with you to reschedule.

5. Roof and Property Work

  • For roof-mounted dishes, we follow industry-standard removal procedures. Lag bolts in roof decking are sealed with weatherproof roofing sealant rather than pulled — pulling creates open holes and is not standard practice.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing roof damage, deteriorated materials, or conditions that existed before our technician arrived. We will document pre-existing conditions with photos.
  • Our work is covered by a 90-day workmanship guarantee on all hole sealing and patching work performed by our technicians.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Dish N' GO's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question.

Dish N' GO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Insurance

Dish N' GO carries general liability insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence limit. A certificate of insurance is available upon request for commercial clients and property managers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
