How It Works
Simple by design.
Customer books and pays online
Every job is pre-paid through our website. You never handle money or chase payment. The customer pays, we confirm, you get dispatched.
You show up and do the job
We send you the address, access details, and job tier in advance. You bring your tools and your ladder. Average job is 30–60 minutes.
Submit before/after photos
Required for every job. Two photos minimum: dish mounted, hole sealed. No photos = no payout for that job. This protects you and protects us.
Get paid every Friday
We pay out every Friday for jobs completed and documented the prior week. Direct deposit or Venmo — your choice.
Compensation
50/50 on every standard job.
Half is yours, half covers everything that makes the job possible: customer acquisition, the website, payment processing, insurance, operations, and all the groundwork. Paid weekly. Neighbor referrals you close through your personal link pay out at 75%.
| Job Type | Customer Price | Your Cut (50%) |
|---|---|---|
| Ground / Wall / Pole | $95 | $47.50 |
| Awning / Eave | $125 | $62.50 |
| Single-Story Roof | $145 | $72.50 |
| Two-Story Roof | $195 | $97.50 |
Neighbor referral bonus — 75%
If you're on a job and a neighbor asks about their dish, send them your personal booking link. When they book online through your link, you earn 75% instead of 65%. The booking must go through your link — no exceptions.
5 jobs/day, 5 days a week: $1,800 in your pocket every week
Who We're Looking For
Three backgrounds. All proven.
DirecTV / Dish Network installers
You put these systems in for years. You know every mount type, every access angle, and the fastest way to get hardware off a roof. That experience is exactly what we're paying for.
Ex-roofing contractors
You understand material types, roof pitch, penetration sealing, and what "weathertight" actually requires. A good roofing background is the strongest signal we look for.
Experienced handymen — climbers
Specifically: people who have spent real time on roofs including Spanish tile, flat, and comp. Not a generalist handyman who has done a few gutters. We're on roofs every day.
Equipment
What you need to bring
- Extension ladder appropriate for the job height (we tell you in advance)
- Basic tools: socket set, reciprocating saw or angle grinder
- Smartphone to document before/after photos (required for payout)
- Vehicle that can carry a tall ladder
- Valid ID required
